Initially, as part of the client intake process, you will fill out a health questionnaire to help me understand your history and background as it may relate to your chief complaint. When scheduling initially, you will be emailed all pertinent information. This will include a link for you to fill out the necessary forms prior to initial appointment. All information is encrypted and HIPAA compliant.

During a treatment session you can expect to go through a targeted physical assessment to determine the source of dysfunction in conjunction with specific "hands-on" treatments to restore proper movement patterns.

Please note that the two hour treatment session is available only after initial assessment has been completed, treatment plan has been discussed and settled upon, and may only be scheduled in person and is unavailable to be scheduled online.
